PI 01-02 - PIN INSERT

The PI 01-02 is designed to insert a metal pin into a catheter tube
The operator positions the tube into the bushing in front of the device and activates the device using a pushbutton or foot pedal.
Pins are positioned in the magazine and are pushed into the tube with a pneumatic cylinder.
The pin can be sealed inside the tube in the following tip forming process.
Environment
It is recommended to operate the machine in a clean environment.

Production capacity:
The production capacity is between 800-1.200 units per hour. Depending on the FH size of the tube and the experience of the operator.
Tube specifications:
Tube Diameter: Fr 6-36 (one toolset is used for each Fr size and eye pattern).
Tube Material: Most thermoplastics.
Tube Length: Infinite.
Installation:
Compressed Air: 8 bars of cleaned and dried air.
